Maria Beatriz is a lawyer specializing in private law, with experience in research, litigation, arbitration, contracts, and corporate law. She has a strong background in complex civil and corporate law issues, focusing on contractual disputes and the structuring of estate and succession planning. Maria Beatriz is well-versed in drafting and reviewing contracts and supporting contentious activities involving various aspects of private law.

Master’s degree in Civil Law from the University of São Paulo (2020) and currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Civil Law at the University of Coimbra, Portugal. She has published the books Captação Dolosa da Vontade do Testador (2020) and Nulidades das Disposições Testamentárias (2023).
