With more than twelve years of experience, Victor Jacuru has been instrumental in advising clients from various sectors on public, regulatory, and contentious law. He specializes in complex issues and discussions surrounding public procurement, contractual disputes, sanctioning law, and general administrative processes before the Public Prosecutor’s Office, Audit Courts, Regulatory Agencies, and other administrative entities.

Victor also provides support in complex judicial disputes. His key sectors include transportation, public service concessions, construction, energy, and basic sanitation. He has been recognized in The Legal 500 Latin America for his contributions to public law every year from 2016 to 2024.
