Vinicius specializes in advisory services and administrative litigation involving public and regulatory law. He has experience in service concession matters, public procurement, and bidding processes, with a focus on the sanitation and airport sectors, among others. He represents clients in oversight processes within audit bodies and other administrative litigations related to oversight and sanctioning actions before regulatory agencies, as well as proceedings with the Public Prosecutor’s Office and administrative accountability processes.

Education

Bachelor of Laws from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro – PUC-Rio; currently pursuing a Master’s in State Theory and Constitutional Law at PUC-Rio.
